Halikos Hospitality reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where we believe that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.

All rates displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Where shown, prices are current and are subject to change without notice.

The conditions of each rate type is defined and enforceable by way of confirmed reservation. Conditions applicable set out under each rate category:

Best Available Rate

24 hours cancellation required. Should the booking be cancelled or shortened without 24 hours’ notice a full payment of the 1st (or subsequent night) accommodation will be charged.

Bed & Breakfast

Minimum length of stay of two (2) consecutive nights are required to qualify for this rate discount (percentage of said discount may vary based on seasonality). 24 hours cancellation required. Should the booking be cancelled or shortened without 24 hours’ notice a full payment of the 1st (or subsequent night) accommodation will be charged.

Early Bird

Non-flexible rate, confirmed and paid at the time of booking. An advance purchase rate where a discount is applied for booking prior to arrival (lead time and discount of said rate may vary based on seasonality). Rate is full pre-paid and non-refundable.

Various Packages

Please refer to the conditions stated per package when confirming your booking.

H on Smith Hotel and Halikos Hospitality welcomes children to stay. Children under the age of 12 stay for free in existing bedding. Cots are provided free of charge for children under the age of two. Rollaway beds are charged as required. Please confirm with reception at the time of booking for our rollaway bed pricing.

Payments made to H on Smith Hotel and Halikos Hospitality incur a surcharge payable at the time of transaction across all outlets. Mastercard and Visa will attract a surcharge of 0.9%, American Express attract a surcharge of 2.5% and Diners attracts a surcharge 3.3%.

H on Smith and Halikos Hospitality reserves the right to request photo identification on arrival, and will process a security deposit of $100 per room occupied. This preauthorization will be released on checkout and confirmation of no damage or additional consumption of services during the guests stay with us.

H on Smith and Halikos Hospitality are bound by the conditions set out in the “Accommodation Providers Act Northern Territory. We take all necessarily precautions to ensure safety of our guests and their property however will not be held liable for missing or damaged property.
